Viksit Bharat Expo Receives Enthusiastic Response on Second Day in Indore

The Viksit Bharat Expo 2026, being organised at Labhganga Parisar, Indore, witnessed an enthusiastic response from the public on its second day.

Organised under the guidance of Shankar Lalwani , Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Indore, the Expo is providing an engaging platform for citizens, youth and students to learn about Government schemes, initiatives, innovations, achievements and India’s development journey towards Viksit Bharat @2047.

Departments and organisations including APEDA, ICMR, ISRO, BIS, CSIR, TRIFED, Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), NBCC, CBC – Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, CIPET and KVIC, along with several other government organisations, are participating in the Expo.

The second day saw continued participation from youth, students and the general public, with visitors showing keen interest in the informative displays and interactive exhibits presented by the participating departments.

The growing footfall and positive response from visitors reflect the success and public impact of the Expo, which is effectively bringing citizens closer to important Government initiatives and providing a platform for knowledge sharing and awareness.

The three-day Expo will conclude tomorrow, 18th September 2026, with a closing ceremony and felicitation of participating organisations.

Official from Tarmeh Events said “It has been a great privilege for Tarmeh Events to organise the Viksit Bharat Expo 2026 from 16th to 18th September 2026 at Labhganga Parisar, Indore. The event was inaugurated by Shri Shankar Lalwani Ji, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Indore. The Expo received an encouraging response, with approximately 8,000 students visiting the exhibition and gaining awareness about various initiatives, schemes, innovations and opportunities.

The Valedictory and Felicitation Ceremony on 18th September will be graced by Shankar Lalwani , who will felicitate all participating departments and organisations for their valuable contribution to the success of the Expo. We are grateful to all the participants, students, institutions and stakeholders for their support and enthusiastic participation. Tarmeh Events looks forward to organising many more such meaningful and successful events in the future, contributing towards awareness, knowledge and the vision of a Viksit Bharat.”
