Department of Information & Public Relations J&K today organised “Frame by Frame: The Storytellers’ Meet” at the DIPR Media Complex, Jammu, as a precursor to the upcoming 1st International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir (IFFJK)-2026.Commissioner Secretary Information, R Alice Vaz described IFFJK as a landmark initiative that will open a new chapter in J&K’s cultural and creative journey.She said DIPR is committed to creating a more conducive environment for filmmakers, artists and creative professionals, with suggestions from the fraternity to help shape future initiatives
