An awareness programme under NAMASTE was conducted in Patna, Bihar, under the aegis of Lohiya Swachh Bihar Abhiyan, with the participation of LSBA district and state team members from across Bihar. The programme was organized alongside the State-Level Training on SWM Rules 2026 to sensitise sanitation workers on safe waste handling practices, proper use of PPE, occupational health and safety, and awareness of available welfare provisions under the NAMASTE Scheme. District Coordinators (DCs), DRDA representatives, SPMU consultants, and the LSBA State Team actively participated in the sessions, strengthening coordination and preparedness for effective implementation at the district and grassroots levels.
