Traffic City Police seize 7 two wheelers for violation of rules
JAMMU: Traffic City Jammu, under the supervision and guidance of DIG Traffic Range Jammu Dr. Mohammad Haseeb Mughal and SSP Traffic City Amit Bhasin, have launched a special enforcement drive in Jammu City violation of road safety rules. The drive is being headed by Dy. Superintendent of Traffic City North, Ashwani Sharma and assisted by DTI Old City Jammu and other officers/officials. During the special enforcement drive, 7 two wheelers bearing Regd NO JK02BW-3011, JK02BV-7149, JK02CR-4257, JK02BP-6709, JK02DD-4358, JK02BT-2351, JK02DF-2177 were found plying in contravention to the Traffic Rules. Their Registration Certificates (RCs) were found to have been suspended by the RTO. The Traffic Police team instantly seized these vehicles.Meanwhile, the city traffic police have appealed the general public to refrain from violation of traffic rules and clear the pending challans to avoid the suspension of RCs and DLs of their vehicles.
