Dr Poonam Sethi Appointed Director of Health Services, Jammu
The Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed Dr. Poonam Sethi as Director of Family Welfare, Maternal and Child Health (MCH) & Immunization, Jammu and Kashmir. She will be posted at the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu, and will oversee key family‑welfare, maternal and child‑health, and immunization programmes across the Union Territory.
Dr. Poonam Sethi, previously serving as In‑charge Deputy Director (Schemes), Directorate of Health Services, Jammu, takes over the charge following the relief of Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather from the additional post of Director Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization as per Central Administrative Tribunal directions.
