RAJOURI, AUGUST 21: Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM) J&K, Baseer ul Haq Choudhary, today visited the Associated Hospital, Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri. He was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma.
During the visit, the MD NHM and DC took a detailed round of the departments of the hospital to assess their functioning. They interacted with patients to take firsthand feedback regarding healthcare facilities and also held discussions with the staff on duty about service delivery and patient care.
The MD NHM emphasized the importance of providing quality healthcare to the people and assured full support from NHM in further strengthening the medical infrastructure and facilities at GMC Rajouri.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri also reiterated the commitment of the district administration to extend all possible assistance to ensure better healthcare services for the public.
The visit concluded with directions to the concerned officers to work with dedication and ensure quality services at all levels.
