JAMMU, MARCH 24: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today paid tributes to veteran leader and Parliamentarian Shri Lalmuni Chaubey.
Addressing a public event commemorating the Death Anniversary of Shri Lalmuni Chaubey, at Buxar in Bihar, the Lieutenant Governor spoke on the lifelong campaigns of the seasoned political figure dedicated to public welfare and nation building.
“Shri Lalmuni Chaubey Ji was a widely respected leader who had dedicated every fragment of his body and every moment of his life to the service of the people and to restore the glory of Mother India.
He was a beacon of hope for the underprivileged section of society and dedicated himself to dignity, equality and opportunity for all. His life and ideals will inspire generations to come.
During the Emergency, when individual freedom was in peril, Lalmuni Chaubey protected it with all his might. He Championed the cause of national unity and integrity and propagated discipline and self-confidence among people,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
The Lieutenant Governor called upon the people, especially the youth to take inspiration from the life of Shri Lalmuni Chaubey and his commitment to public service and work selflessly for the betterment of the society.
The Lieutenant Governor said, “If we all dedicate ourselves to a noble cause that could make a strong and prosperous society and contribute to a developed India and Aatm-Nirbhar villages, only then we will be able to pay our real tributes to that great soul.
Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Shri Arif Mohammed Khan; senior political leaders, and prominent personalities from all walks of life also paid their homage to Shri Lalmuni Chaubey.
