Aditya Birla Housing Finance and BharatPe Join Forces to Transform Secured Lending

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL), a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital Limited, has announced a strategic partnership with BharatPe, a leading Indian fintech company, to provide home loans and loans against property to BharatPe’s vast merchant network. This collaboration marks the first of its kind, with ABHFL being the first housing finance company to partner with BharatPe, enhancing access to secured lending for over 1.3 crore merchants across 450+ cities, especially focusing on Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

Through the BharatPe app, merchants can easily apply for these loans, benefiting from faster processing, enhanced transparency, and real-time updates. This partnership is designed to cater to the specific financing needs of BharatPe’s merchant base, offering customized, region-specific loan solutions.

Pankaj Gadgil, MD & CEO of ABHFL, emphasized that this partnership aligns with their mission to meet the evolving digital needs of customers, helping to make homeownership more accessible. Nalin Negi, CEO of BharatPe, also expressed confidence in this collaboration, which will add value to merchants by offering secured credit for large purchases, further strengthening BharatPe’s relationship with its merchant partners.

This partnership is expected to drive significant growth in digital-secured lending and reinforce ABHFL’s position as a leader in innovative financial solutions.
